How does the pancreas know when to release insulin? - pancreas more condition_symptoms

I know who works in the negative feedback system, but how do you know that the pancreas is insulin in the blood?
Moreover, the mechanism in the pancreas itself, or is the hypothalamus to send the detected levels of insulin and stop stimulating hormones?
Thank you!

The release of pancreatic islets in pancreatic alpha cells release glucagon, and insulin-producing beta cells.

Beta-cells meet the increased glucose through the release of more insulin to be demonstrated.
